The purchase of products in the Quinta da Plansel Online Store is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 these general conditions in force, are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to therein, to regulate the terms and conditions by which the provision of the service in the Quinta da Plansel online store will be governed.
1.2 the purchase of any product in the Quinta da Plansel Online Store implies the acceptance of these general conditions of Online sale.
1.3. Access to the Quinta da Plansel Online Store is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or registration of the user.
1.4 alcoholic beverages available for sale in the Quinta da Plansel Online Store can only be purchased by individuals who are of legal age in their country of residence.
2. Product information, prices and contents
2.1 Quinta da Plansel reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
2.2 the images illustrating each product at Quinta da Plansel may differ from the product subsequently delivered.
2.3 items for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of stock break, temporary or permanent, the customer will be duly notified, being suggested an alternative of products with similar characteristics.
2.4 under Portuguese law, the prices of the products are indicated in € (euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, as well as the cost of packaging. Shipping cost to customer is not included.
2.5 the promotions carried out in the online store are not applied in the physical store of Quinta da Plansel.
3. Ordering and payment
3.1. To make a purchase in the Quinta da Plansel online store, the user must register as a customer.
Once registered, the user can place his order by selecting the desired products. You must follow all the steps described in it, so that the order is completed successfully.
3.2 after confirmation of the order in the Quinta da Plansel online store, an email will be sent to the contact address registered in the same by the customer at the time of formalization, with all the details about the delivery and payment information. 3.5 if an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in whole, the customer will be immediately contacted by Quinta da Plansel.
3.6 the Quinta da Plansel Online Store provides the user with the following payment methods: bank transfer, Paypal, credit card, bank transfer and ATM reference.
3.7 in relation to bank transfer and ATM reference, the user has 3 working days to make the payment. If you do not do so within this period, the order will be canceled automatically.
3.8 proof of bank transfer must be sent to the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.9 payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency in which the transaction is made. The conversion rates of payments made in other currencies will have to be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping costs
4.1 the value of the postage is calculated according to the weight of the products, destination and the total value of the order.
4.2. The value of the postage is indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order.
5.1 orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock and payment and as soon as possible.
5.2 the delivery of the orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer and in accordance with the delivery times of the carrier company. Home delivery cannot be made in boxes. Deliveries of orders may be made outside mainland Portugal, provided that the address is covered by the delivery area of the carrier.
5.3 as the transport service is contracted to a company, possible delays in deliveries cannot be resolved by Quinta da Plansel and it is not possible, in these cases, to guarantee exact delivery times.
5.4 if for any reason the customer cannot receive the order or pick it up at the place indicated by the carrier, the customer is requested to immediately contact the Quinta da Plansel Online Store via email email@example.com.
5.5 all products sent by Quinta da Plansel must be checked at the time of delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he / she must return it immediately to the carrier, indicate the reason for the return on the shipping tab and immediately inform the Quinta da Plansel Online Store via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.6 if, after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items are not in conformity, he / she is requested to contact Quinta da Plansel immediately via e-mail email@example.com indicating the Order Number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and all the articles, so that the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
6.1 the Quinta da Plansel Online Store allows the return of products within 14 days in accordance with Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/5. However, at the time of return, the product must remain in perfect condition (including the original packaging, labels and counter-labels).
Quinta da Plansel will not accept the return of the product after it has been changed or modified.
6.2 to request an exchange or return, the customer is requested to contact Quinta da Plansel via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the invoice number.
6.3. The Return of defective products and wrong shipments is the responsibility of Quinta da Plansel, as well as shipping and collection costs when the customer communicates this situation within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Once the goods have been received in our facilities and after validation of the status thereof accordingly, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer.
6.4 Quinta da Plansel is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence and poor storage conditions by the customer.
